LGMS Berhad recently hosted a Lion Dance in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebrations to usher in what is expected to be another prosperous year for the Group.
At the event, LGMS executive chairman expressed his ‘heartfelt commitment’ to his employees for all their hard work and commitment that made 2022 a memorable one for the Group, culminating in LGMS being listed on the stock exchange.
“Our group has been growing from strength to strength and our services much sought after by established brands and businesses,” said Fong, adding that 2023 will see LGMS expanding to neighbouring countries such as Vietnam and Cambodia to further enhance its earnings.
LGMS is today one of Malaysia’s leading cybersecurity groups and has a strong reputation for its integrity, values, and best practices. The LGMS team currently comprise more than 60 experts in penetration testing and digital forensics backed by decades of industrial experience.
The Group has more than a thousand local and global clients including almost all of Malaysia’s major banking, financial and insurance entities, coupled with blue chip companies such as Sunway Group, Measat, DRB-HICOM, AirAsia Group, DIGI, and Axiata.
In late 2022, LGMS was recognised by the Asian Oceanian Computing Industry Organisation (ASOCIO) with its Tech Excellence award for cybersecurity.
This development follows on from the heels of LGMS having been recognised by Cybersecurity Malaysia (CSM) as the country’s ‘Cybersecurity Company of the Year’ and Fong himself receiving the ‘Cybersecurity Professional of the Year’ award.
